When Hi-Rez is ever confronted about this, they either ignore it or unbans the player and gives them some gems if they've gotten alot of attention on social media.īasically, tons of players have been falsely banned by opening game editing programs without even touching the game, and the bans are permanent and Hi-Rez ignores all chances of appeal by email. There has been multiple cases of false positive bans, and their usually permanent and bans by IP. I've gotten over 1500+ hours on this game before it came out on steam and the game itself is great and unique.īut, it has to be said that this game has insanely bad customer support.
